We are currently looking for a Marketing and Sales Manager with fresh ideas and experience to work with our 3 locations, Mississauga, Heartland Town Centre & Burlington! This person will work in tandem with the Owner, Directors and Social Content Coordinators and uphold the core values of the Aqua-Tots brand.

Our mission is to help prevent drownings, by being the BEST swim school brand. We believe swimming is a valuable and life-saving skill that EVERY child should have. Swimming saves lives and we need amazing people like you to help that dream become a reality.
We are looking for a passionate and driven candidate who is a natural self-starter, who preferably has experience in the aquatic or recreation industry, and who wants to genuinely make an impact on the community.
Leadership Objective:
- Lead and manage the day-to-day Social media content of the school to ensure excellence across the following 3 pillars: swim lessons, customer service and facility maintenance.
Leadership Responsibilities, use a Solution Oriented Philosophy to:
- Lead by example and uphold the 7 Aqua-Tots Core Values daily
- Respond to Google Reviews and monitor online sentiment
- Track all marketing spend in budget control report across all three schools
- Plan monthly social content calendar
- Pull Marketing Score Card analytics
- Coordinate all in-school events
- Work with Influencers to build following and client growth
- Seek out and assess partnerships with local businesses to promote
- Manage and update Linktree links
- Analyze performance of auto-campaigns and provide strategic recommendations on optimizations and new ones
- Pull Reference Source Note Reports across all three schools. Analyze the data
- Host Monthly Marketing Meeting w/ Owner and Operations
- Make strategic recommendations based on performance
- Meet regularly with the cross-functional team: Owner, Aquatics Manager and Customer Care Manager to update on day-to-day operations
Requirements:
- Full Time employment: 40 Hours
- This position requires the successful candidate to provide a clear vulnerable sector check at their own expense.
- Candidates will be expected to work on the customer service desk when needed (Customer Care team)
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years in a Sales and Customer Care role
- Minimum 5 years in a Marketing Manager Role
- Candidates must have CPR and First Aid
- Minimum 3-years in a direct leadership role
- College or University degree preferred
- Strong business acumen

- Confident leading teams, providing positive motivation and constructive feedback
- Strong ability to sell the Aqua-Tots brand
- Competent organizational skills, paying attention to fine details
- Strong ability to multitask and prioritize multi deadlines efficiently
- Flexible, adaptable, and responsive to changing needs and conditions
- Independent worker, able to excel in a fast-paced team environment
