The ideal candidate will be someone who is experienced in sales and design. They will be passionate about landscape design, posses excellent sales skills, and have a keen eye for detail. As a landscape sales and design coordinator you will play a key role in driving sales, managing client relationships, and helping with the design process from concept to completion.

Responsibilities:

  • Inside Sales
    • Handle lead intake calls, emails and requests and help pre qualify them in our software system.
    • Prepare estimates, and contracts tailored to best serve the customer and outside sales reps.
    • Follow up with clients to address any questions or concerns and help close sales in timely manner.
    • Manage Leads in sales funnel, attend regular meetings to discuss customer next steps and priorities
    • Quote lawn maintenance packages at the end of landscape installations.
  • Design
    • Collaborate with clients to develop a creative and functional landscape design that aligns with their vision and goals.
    • Prepare overhead landscape designs using our in house software [training available]
    • Work closely with sales team, project managers and vendors to ensure successful design plans.
    • Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients throughout the design and construction process, ensuring that their expectations are met and exceeded.
  • Client Relationship Management and Other Tasks
    • Serve the client through effective handoff of project/landscape from our sales team to our project managers.
    • Keep clients informed about their projects, progress, timelines, and any changes or updates to their design.
    • Maintain accurate records of client communications, project details, and sales activities using appropriate CRM software and other tools
    • Support our production foremen when they have questions about landscape design
    • Assist with invoicing, billing, and collections as needed.
    • Other tasks assigned by the Sales/Operations team


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in customer service, sales, or a related field.
  • Landscape experience preferred but not required.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.
  • Ability to work with and lead team members, develop trust with others and maintain clear lines of communication
  • Ability to work in a fast paced work environment, flexibility is a must.
