Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team. As the Sales and Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth. You will work closely with the marketing team to create compelling campaigns, manage advertising efforts, and analyze market trends. This is a full-time position with competitive pay.

Duties:

- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve company goals

- Conduct market research to identify target audiences and evaluate competition

- Create and manage digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, email marketing, and social media advertising

- Oversee the creation of engaging content for various marketing channels

- Collaborate with the design team to develop visually appealing materials using Adobe Creative Suite

- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize marketing efforts

- Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively

- Coordinate with sales teams to ensure alignment of sales and marketing strategies

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales and marketing

Skills:

- Proven experience in sales and marketing roles, preferably in a managerial position

- Strong knowledge of SEO techniques, digital advertising platforms, and email marketing strategies

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

- Strong analytical skills to interpret market data and campaign performance metrics

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines

- Copywriting skills to create persuasive content for various marketing channels

- Experience in print advertising is a plus

Pay: $50,000.00 - $96,809.00 per year

Expected hours: 10 per week
