The Cam Clark Auto Group is seeking a Subprime Finance / Sales Manager for our Kamloops Mazda location in Kamloops, BC. Our team is currently looking for four credit solutions that will handle our Kamloops Mazda Dealership.

With over 20 dealerships and car service locations stretching across Alberta, British Columbia, Washington, Montana, and California; the Cam Clark Auto Group is an industry leader in providing outstanding customer experience since 1987, while also striving to offer an amazing employee experience as well!

In the position of Subprime Finance / Sales Manager reporting to the General Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for the execution of the Subprime Sale Department strategies and will be required to be an active force in driving sales through exceptional customer service and selling skills.

You will be accountable for:

  • Establish sales targets, monitor team progress, and drive efforts to surpass these goals.
  • Responsible for engaging with clients, collecting their information, and updating customer records.
  • Collaborate with financial institutions to secure financing and complete client loans.
  • Project future sales for the coming months and quarters.
  • Oversee a CRM platform to maintain customer relationships and cultivate new sales opportunities.
  • Prioritize and ensure the satisfaction of all customers.
  • Generate regular reports for dealership management's evaluation.
  • Maintain ongoing communication and relationships with all lenders.
  • Guarantee that all transactions adhere to provincial and federal regulations

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Possession of a valid driver’s license and VSA certification.
  • Experience in subprime sales.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $50,000.00-$150,000.00 per year

  • automotive finance: 1 year (preferred)
