AssuredPartners in Plano, Texas is seeking a P&C Licensed, Personal Lines Account Manager that will help lead our Personal Lines client service team in delivering insurance related transactions.
As an Account Manager, you will manage of a book of assigned clients and partner with our sales team to drive exceptional client service delivery. This role is client relationship driven and provides risk management function.
Responsibilities:
- Designs insurance and risk management plans for clients as assigned and directed by Agency management.
- Provides clients with full exposure analysis and reviews methods of handling risks. Works with the producer to support new business accounts.
- Leads accounts through the renewal process per department procedures.
- Assists in the development of strong personal relationships with appropriate insurance carrier personnel.
- Processes or oversees process of change-request/endorsements, binders, certificates, account summaries, proposals, policies, lost policy releases, audits, and account balance status as needed.
- Handles prompt review of all premium audits recognizing that the Agency must process audits timely.
- Process and follows up on all requests involving carriers or clients to ensure accurate and timely resolution.
Qualifications:
- Active Property and Casualty License
- 3+ years of Personal Lines Insurance experience preferred
- Working knowledge of available coverages based on business and industry
- Tech savvy; ability to navigate multiple systems including Agency Management Software, preferably EPIC.
