This Inside sales & Customer Service position with Lumenstar LED lighting will be responsible for providing help with sales / email and telephone inquiries as well as following up on sales leads while maintaining and growing a network of contacts. You will also be responsible for Customer service and related duties.
Your day to day will entail, quoting, answering light technical questions and providing related marketing materials. This position will also encompass customer service related duties as well as logistical tracking from manufacturing to warehouse delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prioritizing quotation requests.
- Responding to and processing, emails, incoming calls, walk-ins and purchase orders.
- Full cycle sales process from initial contact, sales quote and communicating delivery to the warehouse and post sales follow ups.
- Opening new accounts, developing customer base and sales leads.
- Contacting current customers and identifying new products and potential up-selling.
- Responding to questions and/or inquiries and providing information pertaining to products or projects being quoted.
- Maintaining knowledge base on current products and learning about new products.
- Identifying product solutions for customer requirements
- Counter Sales [where applicable].
- Providing basic technical support on products.
- Troubleshooting orders with help of Shipper/receiver [freight timelines, expediting, etc…].
- Customer service & other duties as required.
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma required.
- University/College Diploma an asset.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office required.
- Product knowledge or industry experience preferred.
- Electrical Sales experience an asset
