**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing sales activities within a designated region, ensuring growth and profitability.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and expand customer base
  • Lead a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and motivation
  • Identify new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research
  • Build strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Analyze sales data and trends to create sales forecasts and reports for management
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns that drive sales
  • Monitor competitor activity and recommend strategies to stay ahead in the market

**Skills:**

  • Proven experience in business development and sales management
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships
  • Ability to analyze data and market trends to drive sales growth
  • Experience in account management and maintaining client relationships

Pay: From $45,000.00 per year
