Michael Coglianese CPA, PC (MCCPA) has an opening for a Full-time or Part-time Director of Sales & Marketing. This is a new position to help us continue to evolve our brand and increase our quality of customer service.

COMPANY OVERVIEW

For over 30 years, Michael Coglianese CPA, PC is a public accounting firm that has provided accounting services to the alternative investment industry. We offer audit and assurance, tax preparation, accounting, and consulting services. The main office is located in Bloomingdale, IL, with a secondary location in Chicago, IL.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Sales and Marketing to lead our sales team and drive the marketing strategy for our company. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record in sales and marketing. This role will also be part of our leadership team.

Duties:

- Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve company goals
- Lead the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships
- Manage key customer accounts and relationships
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to adjust strategies accordingly
- Oversee the marketing team in creating engaging campaigns and promotions
- Negotiate contracts with clients and vendors
- Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the sales and marketing teams

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or related field
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
- Experience in technical sales or technology sales is a plus
- Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions based on findings
- Demonstrated success in outside sales, account management, and customer relationship building
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: Up to $85,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 40 per week
