Job Overview
StretchLab is seeking an experienced General/Sales Manager to oversee sales and operations for our StretchLab Medina studio.
POSITION:
The General/Sales Manager will be responsible for driving studio sales and memberships. This role is comprised of 80-90% sales and 10-20% staff management and studio operations.
REQUIREMENTS:
● Bachelor’s degree in business management/ administration preferred or 2+ years of experience in fitness/membership/real estate sale
● Confident in generating the majority of sales and training/coaching staff to sell

● Ability to work weekdays/nights/weekends
● Ability to work independently and collaborate with studio owner
● Ability to manage and drive all revenue streams from membership sales to retail
● Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills in person, on the telephone, and via email
● Ability to excel in a fast changing, diverse environment
● Ability to recognize areas of improvement and make changes using good judgment
● Solid writing and grammar skills
● Highly organized, proficient in data management, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
● Professional, punctual, reliable and neat
● Strong attention to detail and accuracy
● Trustworthy and ability to handle confidential information
● Ability to work harmoniously with co-workers, clients and the public
● Proficiency with computers and studio software
DUTIES
● Lead generation through grass roots marketing and networking with local businesses
● Active outreach via phone calls/texts/emails and prospecting
● Drive membership sales through outside sales and business development efforts
● Directly coordinate with all vendors, ensuring that studio retail/products are stocked with accurate inventory counts
● Train & supervise Sales Representatives and Flexologists
● Proficiency in ClubReady (CRM), to include time clock reports, payroll reports, etc.
● Independently make decisions related to high level customer service
● Collect outstanding dues
● Maintain cleanliness and organization of the studio
● Enforce StretchLab policies and procedures
● Ensure all forms, administrative supplies, and studio literature is stocked and visible
● Schedule and participate in networking/community events and studio promotions
● Strategically manage marketing campaigns to generate leads for the studio
● Any other duties as assigned

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $40,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
