Mr. Handyman of Dallas is a 15+ year old and growing home improvement, maintenance, and repair company based in North Dallas. We are looking to add to our team and have a new opening for an Inside Sales and Customer Service Representative. This is a great opportunity for someone who likes to interact with customers and enjoys solving their problems.

Ability to form a schedule, making sure routes are logistically correct
Computer Skills (Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office and Apple/iPad)
High School Diploma or greater

Job Responsibilities:
Manage large number of incoming calls from customers
Sell and schedule jobs logically and efficiently
Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction
Provide accurate, valid and complete information to customers
Meet or exceed sales targets and call handling quotas for the Sales and Customer Service Teams
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within strict timelines, and follow up to ensure timely resolution
Keep Records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file job-specific documents

Preferred Skills:
At least 2+ years in phone sales and customer service
Basic knowledge of Home Services, Remodeling and Construction

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
