Our client, the national leader in their space within the construction industry, is looking for a District Sales Manager to coach and lead a team of Outside Account Executives in the Des Moines, IA area! Primary responsibilities are divided into five main segments - sales, recruiting operations, safety, office management, and office staff development.

Responsibilities:
- Coach, teach, and train team of outside account executives
- Help maximize sales for designated territory
- Create & maintain productive and positive office culture for the team

- MUST have at least 2 years of experience managing/leading an outside B2B sales team
- Outside sales experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $94,000.00 per year
