Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate lead generating OUTSIDE in the field representatives.
- WORK IN MIAMI AREA
- Monitor and report on performance and job satisfaction from each field representative.
- The Field Representative Team Leader is expected to make regular turf visits and shadow OUTDOORS new lead-generating Field Representatives, thus working outdoors.
- You are expected to work 25-35 hours per week.
- Adhere and instruct all Field Representatives on all CDC health and safety protocols and procedures.
- Previous experience in OUTSIDE marketing, door-to-door, B2B, customer service, or other related fields
- Strong leadership qualities
- Deadline and detail-oriented
