Position Overview
The Dual Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue and achieving sales targets for two Hilton Garden Inn properties. This role involves developing and executing sales strategies, building relationships with corporate clients, and maximizing occupancy and revenue across both hotels. The ideal candidate will balance strategic planning with hands-on sales efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement sales plans for both properties to meet or exceed revenue and profitability goals.
- Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate, group, and leisure clients. Identify new business opportunities and cultivate existing accounts.
- Revenue Optimization: Collaborate with the revenue management team to optimize pricing strategies, manage inventory, and maximize RevPAR (Revenue Per Available Room).
- Event Sales: Oversee group bookings and events, ensuring seamless coordination and exceptional guest experiences.
- Reporting and Analysis: Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports and insights to senior management. Adjust strategies as needed to achieve targets.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the general managers of both properties, as well as the marketing and operations teams, to align sales efforts with overall business goals.
- Client Engagement: Represent the hotels at industry events, trade shows, and community functions to promote the properties and build brand awareness.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in hotel sales, preferably within the Hilton brand or similar hospitality environment.
- Strong understanding of sales and revenue management principles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
- Proficiency in sales management systems and CRM software.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
