About the Role
As a sales consultant, you will play a pivotal role in expanding Cleanstart’s customer base by building and nurturing relationships with new and existing homeowners. You’ll act as a trusted advisor, working closely with clients to understand their unique energy needs and provide solutions that align with Cleanstart’s values of transparency and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
You’ll knock on approximately 25 doors per hour.
- Build and maintain relationships with homeowners, becoming a trusted advisor for Cleanstart's solar solutions
- Out of 100 doors, around 30-35 people will actually answer.
- If you’re new to this, expect to get 1 appointment for every 30 conversations.
- Seasoned reps? They can land 1 appointment for every 10 conversations. (don't worry, we will turn you into a seasoned rep.)
- Every 6 verified appointments pretty much guarantees a sale.
- One sale = $2,500 to $7,500 in your pocket. That’s real money, and it adds up fast.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualifying leads to closing deals and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Develop and execute strategic account plans across your territory, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver optimal solutions
- Drive Cleanstart’s mission of transparency and quality, tailoring solar solutions that reflect each homeowner’s values and energy goals
- Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas and provide accurate forecasts to management
