Within GA Telesis, the Flight Solutions Group (FSG) is a single-source solution to all supply chain, logistics, and maintenance needs. Reporting to the Senior VP of Sales, Americas, the Sales Director, Latin America will be responsible for growing accounts by enabling the sale of engine parts, airframe parts, repairs, and assets, as well as assisting in the growth and expansion of all company Divisions. Ideal candidates will have strong contacts with airline customers, as well as knowledge of and experience with selling Used Serviceable Material and thrive in a fast-paced and team-oriented company culture.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers through frequent visits and contact
- Understand customer requirements and be able to provide appropriate solutions
- Identify growth opportunities, and targets and develop a strategy for winning the business
- Manage weekly operational rhythms and inside support as required
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets
- Use well-planned negotiation and concession strategies to win business
- Identify new business opportunities based on market intelligence and make appropriate cold calls.
- Review solicited and unsolicited bid packages in conjunction with management.
- Review proposal and pricing and lead contract negotiation teams to ensure profitable revenue streams for new and existing customers
- Assist inside account manager with resolving customer issues and building relationships
- Participate in industry events (i.e. trade shows, conferences, networking events, etc.) to build and maintain the corporate and individual presence
Qualifications:
- Superior communication and organizational skills
- Able to travel 50%
- Minimum 7 years of aviation sales experience
- Experienced in consultative sales
- Extensive aviation industry contacts (Central and South America) preferred
- Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
- College degree preferred
