Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client Services Manager to join our team. As a Client Services Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and driving revenue growth. This is a key role that requires excellent communication, sales, and analytical skills.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong relationships
- Understand client needs and objectives, and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements
- Conduct regular meetings with clients to review performance metrics, address concerns, and identify opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services and resolution of client issues
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximize client retention and revenue growth
- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM tools to track client interactions, manage leads, and monitor sales pipeline
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing client inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise
- Manage multiple client projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion within budget
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience in account management or client services within the financial services industry
- Strong sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels
- Strong analytical skills to assess market trends, identify opportunities, and make data-driven decisions
- Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM software is highly desirable
- Experience in the SaaS industry is a plus
- Project management experience is preferred
