Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Understand customers business model and needs, offer product solutions.
- Manage and maintain a healthy pipeline of new business prospects.
- Grow current accounts and manage new key accounts.
- Manage product development projects from customer briefing to order placement.
- Oversee inventory management and sales reporting.
- Resolve complex orders or quality issues to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Develop, present, and negotiate global price proposals and contracts.
- Lead customer meetings and quarterly business reviews, maintaining up-to-date account plans and strategies.
- Lead improvements to current processes and tools to increase efficiency and client service.
- Supervise and mentor individuals, set goals for the team, coach, and ensure strategies are executed and KPIs are met.
Requirements:
- 5 years in B2B sales, and/or account management
- Bachelors degree in fashion or business administration
- Keen eye for details, quality and color
- Strong communication skills in English and good French ability in French, to service the Canadian market
- Good knowledge of MS Office Suite, ERP and CRM Strong data analytics skill set
