Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Understand customers business model and needs, offer product solutions.
  • Manage and maintain a healthy pipeline of new business prospects.
  • Grow current accounts and manage new key accounts.
  • Manage product development projects from customer briefing to order placement.
  • Oversee inventory management and sales reporting.
  • Resolve complex orders or quality issues to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Develop, present, and negotiate global price proposals and contracts.
  • Lead customer meetings and quarterly business reviews, maintaining up-to-date account plans and strategies.
  • Lead improvements to current processes and tools to increase efficiency and client service.
  • Supervise and mentor individuals, set goals for the team, coach, and ensure strategies are executed and KPIs are met.

Requirements:

  • 5 years in B2B sales, and/or account management
  • Bachelors degree in fashion or business administration
  • Keen eye for details, quality and color
  • Strong communication skills in English and good French ability in French, to service the Canadian market
  • Good knowledge of MS Office Suite, ERP and CRM Strong data analytics skill set
