Ipex Insurance Services, a 12-year-old insurance business, is seeking a licensed Personal Lines Account Manager with at least 1-3 years of experience in the insurance industry. The candidate must reside in the San Fernando Valley area.

The primary role of the Personal Lines Account Manager is to provide exceptional service to clients and promote cross-selling within the agency. The successful candidate will act as the primary liaison between clients and the insurance company. Responsibilities include addressing coverage issues, managing service work related to clients' accounts, and renewing policies according to agency standards.

Duties: will involve consistent and timely communication with clients through both written and verbal correspondence, informing and educating clients about coverage, exclusions, and exposures. The role also includes producing binders, certificates, policies, and other related documents, and maintaining accurate client files while adhering to all automation procedures. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of personal insurance underwriting, coverage, and rates, with the ability to quote prices for existing customers.

To qualify: for this role, the candidate must hold a P&C license in CA, have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Personal Lines, and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. The candidate should also be able to manage their workload, organize priorities, and work effectively within a team environment. Good attendance is essential. Proficiency in Word and Excel is required.

Pay: $30.00 per hour + Bonuses

The office is in West Hills, SFV. We hire employees who live within 15 miles of our office.
