As an Account Manager Trainee, you will play an essential role in managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales initiatives. Acting as a primary point of contact for Verizon, you’ll be responsible for delivering tailored solutions that meet customer needs, addressing inquiries, and overseeing the account management process from start to finish. This role involves both cultivating new business opportunities and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with existing customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for customers, managing accounts and handling all inquiries related to Verizon’s internet and wireless services.
- Conduct meetings with prospective and existing customers, providing detailed product and service information and facilitating the account setup and enrollment process.
- Deliver consultative sales presentations, assessing customer needs and recommending tailored solutions for TV and internet services.
- Build and maintain positive client relationships, with a focus on customer satisfaction, retention, and growth opportunities.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling Verizon products and services based on customer interactions and feedback.
- Address customer questions and concerns with professionalism and accuracy, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and service issues, escalating concerns to management when necessary.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align client needs with business goals and drive customer success.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, account management, or a similar client-facing role.
- A proactive and enthusiastic attitude, with a passion for customer satisfaction and delivering results.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- A collaborative mindset, comfortable working independently or as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $800.00 - $1,200.00 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
