Regional Homes Waco, Texas is looking for professional, motivated, career minded salespeople to sell our award-winning floor plans that will be placed on new home site developments in Lufkin area. Job responsibilities:
- Meeting sales and marketing goals
- Excellent customer service skills
- Prospecting, marketing & promoting new business
- Follow up with prospects throughout the sales process
- Working & communicating effectively with team and customers
- Understanding the loan process and credit analyzation
- Ability to work weekends (both Saturday & Sunday), evenings & some holidays
Candidates must possess:
- Closer and Negotiator state of mind
- Strong communication skills
- Out of the box thinker- Creative
- A proven background in prospecting
- Amazing Follow up with prospects
- Ability to be a team player
- Marketing strategies and familiar with social media platforms
- A high level of enthusiasm, as well as a high energy level
- Integrity
- Ability to prioritize & multi-task
