We provide solutions for the integration of renewable energy and storage systems, based on power electronics and advanced control systems. We work with large-scale generation plants as well as commercial and industrial levels, offering solutions tailored to the needs of our clients. We support our clients throughout the product lifecycle, from the initial study and design of the installation to post-sales technical assistance, with service across five continents.

Responsibilities:

  • Works closely with the CCO to develop and execute strategies that align with the company's overall commercial goals.
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, establish and maintain relationships with key customers, and expand the client base within the renewable energy industry for APAC, EMEA & LATAM.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of eks products, their features, and benefits, in order to effectively communicate their value proposition to potential customers.
  • Customer Consultation: Engage with customers to understand their specific needs and requirements, and provide tailored solutions that meet their objectives
  • Proposal Preparation: Prepare and deliver comprehensive proposals and quotations.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations with customers to reach mutually beneficial agreements and successfully close sales deals.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, project management, and marketing, to ensure seamless project implementation and customer satisfaction.
  • Sales Performance Tracking: Monitor sales performance, track key metrics, and provide regular reports to management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. A technical background in electrical engineering or renewable energy is preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management within the renewable energy sector, preferably with a focus on power electronics for PV and storage systems.
  • Strong understanding of photovoltaic systems, energy storage technologies, and power electronics equipment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken). Additional language skills are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for customer meetings, industry events, and conferences.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $64,829.00 - $86,439.00 per year
