Role Overview: As an Account Manager, you'll be the driving force behind change, leading clients to achieve greatness and revolutionizing the real estate direct mail industry. $80,000 + Bonus
Responsibilities:Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and expand customer relationships to drive growth. Serve as the primary point of contact for accounts.
- Develop and execute direct mail campaigns to reach target audiences.
- Educate clients on new services and ensure they are fully informed about campaign strategies and performance.
- Build and maintain marketing reports to track campaign performance and ROI.
- Ensure all campaigns are free of grammar errors or design glitches.
- Coordinate with external vendors to ensure timely and accurate delivery of campaigns.
- To qualify for the position of Direct Mail Account Manager in San Diego, CA, US, you should have a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- You should possess at least 2 years of marketing experience, demonstrating success in executing campaigns and creating compelling content.
- Strong analytical skills are crucial for this role to effectively utilize data in decision-making processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to engage with clients and team members effectively.
- The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team setting is essential.
- As a self-starter, you should have a proactive approach to tasks and challenges.
- Bonus Points: Experience in the real estate industry, direct mail, customer success, or agency account management would be advantageous.
