We are looking for a Senior Sales Engineer to join our growing Sales Team! The Senior Sales Engineer will be responsible for communicating the Social Mobile technical value proposition to enterprise prospects. The ideal candidate will quickly develop a strong partnership with their designated Sales Executive to provide a comprehensive and compelling message to executive and technology stakeholders across our prospective client base. As the Senior Sales Engineer, you will be leading interactive pre-sales discovery meetings, analyzing clients’ current technology and architecture, operational and business needs, owning deep-dive technical discussions and developing tailor-made presentations.
Responsibilities:
- Work directly with sales executives to help create Enterprise Mobility solutions incorporating a combination of IoT and purpose-built devices, EMM (Enterprise Mobility Management) SaaS offerings, MSP (Managed Service Provider), and technical integrations, illustrating how they deliver measurable business value to clients' IT management and Business Teams.
- Oversee and participate in initial discovery meetings with prospective clients.
- Align technical solutions with business objectives to present to sales and business stakeholders
- Provide recommendations on integrating our mobile products into customer workflows and environments.
- Assist in providing product test reports and certification documentation as needed.
- Administer platform and device demos to clients and partners.
- Manage POCs (Proof of Concept) that showcase Social Mobile’s Device, EMM, and MSP solutions.
- Function as a technical expert throughout sales engagements, ensuring that tactical motions in the pre-sales and POC process align with strategic account goals.
- Ensure maximum technical effectiveness and consistent customer experience throughout the POC process.
- Be the direct conduit translating customer challenges into technical solutions, positioning Social Mobile to solve those challenges.
- Participate and present at marketing events and conferences.
- Be the subject matter expert on Social Mobile technical differentiators between the company and our competitors.
- Employees will be required to adhere to Social Mobile's information security policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- 5 -7 years’ technical sales experience within the Android Enterprise Devices Experience with Google Mobile Services and Android Zero Touch
- 5-7 years’ experience with managed mobility services
- 5-7 years’ experience with mobile device management platforms
- Software pre-sales or related value-based influential technical-selling expertise with IT Management tools and processes
- Deep understanding of custom design process
- Direct and Channel experience in Solution selling to enterprise level C-Suite and to product departments / users
- Strong communication and presentation skills and ability to communicate complex issues in simple terms via written and oral media
- Knowledge in industry trends and OEM/ODM roadmaps
- Preference for Degree in Computer Science or Engineering
