NWE Brands, Inc in Milwaukie is looking to hire a Full-Time Sales Data Coordinator

As the Sales Data Coordinator, majority of your time will be spent on the computer entering sales data & order transfers and adjustments. You are the gatekeeper of details and information, you are solution-oriented and forward thinking. Accuracy is the name of the game. You thrive on routine, and you like reviewing real time data:

Maintain imports, and document uploads in FileMaker Database; and manage data from 3rd party merchandisers
Data entry and sales tracking; Communicate with Account Manager regarding products outs, ETA’s, and tracking information
Review and clear suspended records, release hold orders, and clear inventory exceptions in ERP system.
Responsible for order processing, data management, and customer inventory reconciliation for all sales programs.
Help troubleshoot problems with customer orders, customer accounts and other related issues within ERP System (P21)
Provide customer service by staying on top of pending orders and customer requests/inquiries via email or phone.
Special Projects and other duties as assigned
Backup for office admin support

Do you have the following qualifications?

Microsoft office proficiency, including intermediate to advanced level of Excel (P21 and FileMaker Pro knowledge a plus)
3+ years’ experience in an administrative or sales support position with focus on data related functions.
Strong Data Entry Skills with the ability to analyze and interpret sales metrics
Ability to type 35-40 WPM
Professional communication skills over email, phone and in person
