We partner with a "best of the best" network of dealers that have a demonstrated reputation for quality, reliability and customer service.All County One Day Bath is a growing home improvement company that is currently seeking an experienced Call Center Representative Assistant for our Springfield, NJ office.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualified applicants will have excellent computer and communication skills, High volume Outbound Call Center or Inside Sales experience. Customer Service experience, Social media marketing, Branding, Lead Generation experience, be available to work some weekends, and be able to resolve conflicts and issues and assist department manager.
JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Manage, Schedule and confirm appointments.
2. Heavy outbound calls to leads from various sources.
3. Provide Customer Service.
4. Achieve weekly and monthly quotas.
5. Able to multi-task.
6. Able to take the initiative to complete tasks & work as a team or individually.
7. Post company updates on social media, social media advertising experience.
8. Assist Marketing Manager with reporting, updates to vendors.
9. Answering phones, data entry, training callers.
10. Outgoing personality, able to work with a team or individually.
11. Available for Saturday 4hr shift
Hourly wage, paid weekly.
