Director of Sales and Marketing

Job Description

Anointed Senior Living is seeking a Sales and Marketing Director for our highly specialized Memory Care Community. This position requires working closely with responsible parties or families who have loved ones diagnosed with Alzheimer's Disease and other Dementia -related diagnoses.

Duties: As the Director of Sales and Marketing, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the marketing strategies and initiatives of the company.

You will play a crucial role in executing brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth through various sales and marketing channels.

Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities as well as potential threats..

Oversee product management strategies to ensure alignment with marketing goals. Lead performance marketing campaigns across digital platforms and create compelling advertising campaigns that resonate with target audiences.

This position requires strong internal and external sales and marketing business acumen.

Qualifications - bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred. Proven sales and marketing experience in an Assisted Living and Memory Care Community. In-depth knowledge of market trends and consumer behavior to drive successful sales and marketing campaigns in the senior care industry. Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a team and collaborate across departments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
