Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Customer Account Manager

Position type: Full Time, Contract

Duration 6 months to possible hire

Location: Lenexa, KS

As a Customer Account Manager you will be:

Responsible for the full life cycle of customer purchase orders. (receive, review, approve, process, follow-up, invoice, complete file)
Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer contacts through open and interactive communication
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls and emails from internal and external customers
Ability to analyze contractual documents, pricing, lead times and incentive tracking of all assigned Customer Contracts
Provides liaison between customer and company personnel with regard to contract commitments, modifications and revisions.

The ideal candidate will have:

4yr degree with 2-3 yrs experience in Supply Chain OR in lieu of degree 6-7 yrs exp in Supply Chain
Experience with ERP SAP
High touch, customer facing role

Pay Range: $ 30.00 to $40.00/hr

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
