- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software Prior experience in account management is a plus, but not required.
