Position Overview:

As an Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving our growth initiatives by identifying new business opportunities, establishing strong client relationships, and expanding our market presence across the United States. This position requires a proactive and results-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about building lasting partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development Strategy:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy aimed at driving revenue growth and expanding market share within the IT staffing industry and beyond.

- Identify potential clients and market segments through thorough market research and analysis of industry trends to maintain a competitive edge.

- Collaborate with the executive team to define sales targets, objectives, and key performance indicators (KPIs) that align with the company’s strategic goals.

New Client Acquisition:

- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities by leveraging industry knowledge, professional networks, and effective cold calling techniques.

- Build a robust pipeline of prospective clients through lead generation activities, including attending industry events, conferences, and utilizing online platforms.

- Conduct compelling sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations to secure new client accounts and drive revenue growth.

Relationship Management:

- Establish and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers, stakeholders, and hiring managers within client organizations.

- Gain a deep understanding of client requirements, staffing needs, and challenges to propose tailored staffing solutions that align with their business objectives.

- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing ongoing support, addressing concerns, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Account Management:

- Manage and grow existing client accounts by identifying additional staffing opportunities and cross-selling relevant services.

- Collaborate closely with the recruitment team to ensure timely and successful placement of qualified IT professionals.

- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess satisfaction, address any issues, and identify opportunities for account expansion.

Market Intelligence and Reporting:

- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and the competitive landscape to provide valuable insights and recommendations to the company.

- Track and report on sales activities, revenue forecasts, and performance against targets on a regular basis.

- Utilize CRM software and other sales tools to maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and business development progress.

Qualifications:

- A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in business development and sales and recruitment within the IT staffing industry.

- Demonstrated track record of acquiring new clients and generating significant sales and business revenue.

- In-depth knowledge of the IT and non-IT staffing market, including current trends, technologies, and key industry players.

- Strong history of achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.

- Exceptional negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on building long-term, mutually beneficial relationships.

- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

- Proficiency in CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
