Job Description

Presto Loan Center is the leader of the auto title and personal loan industry in Arizona. This fast-growing consumer finance company is looking for highly motivated and driven individuals. As an Account Manager/Loan Officer you will provide great customer service all while processing the auto title or personal loan request. You will be responsible for directly providing loan products to customers in an efficient and accurate manner.

32nd St. and McDowell

7th St. and Dunlap

16th St. and Oak

Responsibilities:

  • Handle both incoming and outbound calls
  • Cash handling, debit card payment processing
  • Handle every aspect of a loan from start to finish. (In-person or Online requests)
  • Collect loan prerequisites from applicants (proof of income, proof of residence, vehicle title, bank statements, etc.)
  • Interview customer in-person or over the phone
  • Conduct a vehicle condition report
  • Collect and analysis income source
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Inform customer regarding loan decision
  • Data entry, finalize all loan document and loan disclosure to customer
  • Participating in marketing activities as needed
  • Perform light collection related transactions
  • Informing manager of escalated customer issues
  • Balancing cash drawer (if assigned) every shift
  • Follow company policies, guidelines

Skills/ Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Experience with multi-lines phones a plus Cash-handling experience a plus.
  • Exceptional Customer Service skills and be computer literate
  • Be reliable and punctual
  • Work independently, while still being a team player
  • Ability to handle confidential information
  • Spanish Bilingual strongly preferred

Current store hours:

Monday thru Friday 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.

Saturday 9:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.

Sunday - Closed
