We’re looking to add Account Managers to our Ontario team!

- You live in Ontario and work as a n Account Director for a recruiting firm.
- You’re allergic to micromanagement and inflexible schedules.

YOUR TASKS
- Establish and develop the Canadian market strategy in collaboration with the team.
- Sell Groupe RP’s business model to clients (small and medium-sized organizations are well as large companies).
- Work on business development to build a network and obtain hunting/recruitment mandates.
- Develop and maintain a quality clientele.
- Carry out the complete recruitment/headhunting process: posting mandates, searching for candidates, conducting telephone and in-person interviews, carrying out various checks and professional references, filing job offers, etc.
- Grow and maintain a network of contacts to quickly identify the best talent on the market.
- Develop best practices to attract top talent.
- Collaborate with recruiters on various mandates.
- Attend networking events.
WHAT WE REQUIRE
- Degree in Business Administration, Career Development, Recruitment, or any other relevant field.
- Minimum of one year of experience in the recruitment/headhunting industry.
- Relevant sales experience.
- Good knowledge of technological tools (Office Suite, LinkedIn, Indeed or others).
- Entrepreneurial spirit.
- Good team player.
- Dynamic and proactive personality, result oriented.
- Ability to act quickly.
- Unfailing tenacity.
