As a Sales Ambassador, you’ll collaborate with an essential group of client representatives, sales managers, and senior executives committed to winning any challenge given to them. Our comprehensive client training program ensures that each new member of our business is ready to tackle the challenges of what it takes to be the best in the industry.

Sales Ambassador Duties:
- Facilitate customer engagement campaigns, present various product and service options and initiate sales opportunities
- Use direct communication to secure new customers, achieve outreach goals, and complete sales metrics
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by being knowledgeable on all products and services offered
- Acquire and retain client information and adequate product knowledge by attending daily Sales Ambassador meetings to stay on top of current initiatives and available promotions
- Execute proven customer service and sales tactics by identifying key decision-makers and determining eligibility
- Engage with consumers in a professional and empathetic demeanor to build a sense of comfort and trust
- Exceed enrollment targets by being able to offer solutions to multiple customer needs with the complete library of products and services offered by our clients
- Develop and nurture relationships with the customer in your given territory
Sales Ambassador Qualifications:
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
- Experience in a customer-facing role, account management, sales account management, or sales
- Superior critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- High energy, self-motivated, self-directed person who is able to focus on multiple projects and activities simultaneously
- Ability to work proficiently independently as well as in a team environment with other Sales Ambassadors
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-up practices and the aptitude to learn quickly
Upon completion of training, pay is determined by performance with client intiatives. The range listed is based on the average weekly commissions of an entry level Sales Ambassador.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $800.00 - $1,400.00 per week
