At Engage, we offer a platform for SMB's to be able to manage their website, hosting, security, and domain registration, all under one roof. Basically, we build and manage websites for small businesses at a cost effective rate. As we expand our operations, we are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth.
Job Overview:
The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, managing the sales team, and fostering client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of driving sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue goals.
- Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities.
- Set sales targets and performance metrics for the sales team.
- Team Leadership and Management:
- Recruit, train, and mentor sales team members.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performing sales culture within the team.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Understand client needs and tailor sales presentations and proposals accordingly.
- Resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients in a timely and professional manner.
- Sales Forecasting and Reporting:
- Monitor sales activity and performance metrics to track progress towards targets.
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
- Implement CRM systems to manage customer data and sales pipelines effectively.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in SaaS.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and implement sales strategies and initiatives.
- Proficiency in CRM software and G-Suite.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
