We are seeking an experienced full-timeCommercial Lines Senior Account Manager with exceptional communication skills and a strong desire to build a career with our agency and long-lasting relationships with our clients. The job requires a high degree of independent discretion, autonomy, and decision-making based on industry knowledge. We are looking for an experienced insurance professional who can provide guidance and expertise to our clients, while building strong relationships with carriers, underwriters, business partners and colleagues.

Job Responsibilities

Manage an assigned book of business which is comprised of key and high revenue-producing accounts.
Responsible for the renewal process of accounts in an assigned book of business.
In conjunction with the producer, negotiate terms, conditions and pricing directly with insurance carriers.
Build rapport and relationships with our clients by providing exceptional customer service through proactive and responsive communication.
Acquire understanding of clients’ business and insurance objectives, and critically analyze and compare insurance plans for suitability.
Develop high quality submissions on new business for carriers.
Update and maintain all client details in AMS360 (agency management system).
