Duties:
- Develop and execute sales and marketing plans to achieve company objectives
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitor analysis
- Manage product launches, including pricing strategies, promotional activities, and sales collateral development
- Oversee social media marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and website content
- Utilize Adobe Creative Suite to create visually appealing graphics and designs
- Monitor website traffic and performance using SEO techniques to improve search engine rankings
- Manage performance marketing campaigns across various digital platforms
- Track sales data, analyze results, and provide insights for continuous improvement
- Develop and manage the marketing budget

Skills:
- Proven experience in sales and marketing management
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite for graphic design purposes
- Proficient in social media marketing strategies and platforms
- Solid understanding of product management principles
- Excellent research and analytical skills
- Copywriting skills for creating persuasive marketing content
- Knowledge of SEO techniques to optimize website performance
