Catering & Events Sales Manager Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of proven sales success in the hospitality sector, with measurable accomplishments
- A college degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Hospitality, or a related field is required; a Bachelors degree is preferred
- In-depth knowledge and experience in managing offsite catering and event production, including coordination of events of varying sizes from inception through completion, pre-event organization, vendor relationships, and on-the-ground event management
- Skilled in the use of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), CRM platforms, and sales/event management software
- Professional demeanor, enthusiastic, reliable, and a committed team player
- Excellent organizational skills with an outstanding focus on detail
