Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and lead generation
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation of solutions and ongoing account management
- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM software to track sales activities, pipeline, and customer interactions
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and beyond
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, trends, and competitor activities
Experience:
- Proven experience in business development or technology sales, preferably in an outside sales role
- Strong ability to analyze customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly
- Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals
- Experience in account management and building long-term client relationships
- Proficient in using Salesforce or other CRM software for managing sales activities
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong customer service orientation with a focus on building trust and rapport
