- Education: College diploma in marketing, communications, or related field.
- Experience: 2-3 years of experience in account management or related roles.
- Digital Marketing Knowledge: Knowledge of digital marketing is a plus.
- Agency Experience: Experience in a digital marketing agency is a plus.
- Client Management: Experience managing multiple clients in both french and english.

Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and meetings.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of projects and campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide regular updates and reports to clients.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or expanding services to existing clients.
