The Inside Sales Representative (ISR) will manage a pipeline of prospective clients, initiate contact through outbound calls and email campaigns, and schedule First Time Appointments (FTAs) for our business development team. Your success in this role is defined by setting FTAs, with a $150 commission awarded per qualified appointment. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for technology sales, with the ability to negotiate effectively and provide exceptional customer service.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead Generation and Qualification:
- Use Apollo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to build and organize prospect lists.
- Conduct 50-100 outbound calls daily to qualify leads and generate interest in our IT services.
- Engage with inbound leads from marketing and re-engage past client databases.
- Communicate effectively with potential clients to understand their needs and present suitable product solutions.
- Collaborate with the business development team to identify new market opportunities and develop strategies for growth.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism while representing the company in all communications.
FTA Scheduling:
- Schedule qualified FTAs for the business development team, ensuring leads meet pre-determined criteria.
- Follow up on leads from SEO reports and website visitor reports to drive appointment bookings.
- Use email campaigns to nurture and re-engage previous clients and leads.
CRM and Reporting:
- Track all lead activities in HubSpot CRM, ensuring timely follow-up and accurate reporting.
- Utilize HubSpot to manage customer interactions, track sales activities, and maintain accurate records of client information.
- Provide weekly updates on lead progress and appointment bookings during team check-ins.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in technology sales or a related field is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is a plus.
- Ability to negotiate effectively and close sales deals confidently.
- Experience in telemarketing or technical sales is advantageous.
- A proactive approach to business development with a focus on achieving targets.

Compensation Package:
- Base Salary: $60,000 - $65,000
- Commission: $150 per qualified FTA
- Bonus Opportunities for meeting or exceeding FTA goals.
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
- Monday to Friday
