Senior Sales Operations Manager


We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Operations Manager to join our team. The Senior Sales Operations Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing sales processes and strategies to drive efficiency, productivity, and revenue growth. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and optimize sales processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness, from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Implement and manage sales tools and technologies, including CRM systems, to streamline workflows and ensure accurate data tracking and reporting.
  • Analyze sales data and metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Generate regular reports and insights for sales leadership to inform decision-making and strategy development.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, and other departments to align goals, strategies, and processes.
  • Provide sales team members with training, guidance, and support on sales processes, tools, and best practices.
  • Drive sales forecasting and pipeline management processes to ensure accurate and timely projections.
  • Partner with finance to develop sales compensation plans and incentives that motivate and reward sales team performance.
  • Lead or support special projects and initiatives aimed at driving sales growth, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in sales operations to continuously improve our approach.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or related field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Proven experience with 5+ years in sales operations, sales management, or related roles, preferably in a technology or SaaS company.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), Microsoft Excel, and other sales and data analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience leading projects or teams.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and quality in all aspects of work.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to change quickly.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and results-driven approach.
  • Knowledge of sales methodologies, processes, and best practices.
