The Role:

As a Frontier Sales Manager at MediaReach, you'll take on the responsibility of recruiting, training, and leading a team of sales agents. Your focus will be to energize and direct your team towards surpassing sales targets. You'll have the autonomy to define your team's size and the freedom to select your preferred sales tactics and venues. This role demands active leadership, strategic planning, and a strong capability to motivate and cultivate top-tier sales professionals.

Responsibilities:

  • Team Development: Recruit, coach, and manage a team of sales agents, providing continuous support and guidance to enhance performance.
  • Sales Strategy Execution: Design and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and market presence for Spectrum and Frontier services.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze key metrics such as churn rates, weekly sales figures, and compliance rates to optimize outcomes.
  • Culture Building: Create a supportive and dynamic team environment that fosters a culture of excellence and ongoing improvement.

  • Experienced Leader: Proven background in sales management, especially within the telecom sector.
