What You’ll Do
- Lead Regional Sales: Develop and drive sales strategies that will boost revenue across your assigned hotels, creating a plan tailored to the unique qualities of each property.
- Analyze Markets: Dive into local market data to uncover trends, understand competitor actions, and tap into guest needs. You’ll use these insights to tailor strategies that stand out.
- Build Client Relationships: Imagine building a network of corporate clients, travel agents, and event planners who trust Logik because of the strong, collaborative partnerships you’ve built.
- Design Sales & Marketing Initiatives: Partner with the marketing team to roll out campaigns and promotions that increase bookings and brand awareness, fueling property success.
- Optimize Revenue: Collaborate closely with the revenue management team to align on pricing strategies and maximize room occupancy.
- Drive New Business: Identify and pursue fresh business opportunities, including corporate contracts, group bookings, and long-term engagements that align with Logik’s growth vision.
- Report & Forecast: Keep senior management in the loop by sharing updates on performance metrics, forecasts, and key account progress, showing the direct impact of your work.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work with General Managers and department heads at each property to ensure sales initiatives are executed flawlessly and goals are met.
What You Bring
- Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience: 5+ years in sales within the hotel, hospitality, or travel industry, with experience managing multiple properties a plus.
- Proven Success: A track record of creating and executing sales plans that meet or exceed revenue goals.
- Skills & Abilities: Excellent relationship-building, strategic planning, and collaboration skills, with a strong understanding of market dynamics.

- Location & Travel: This is a full-time position that requires 90% travel, with 10% based out of our Corporate Office.
