Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Director to join our team. The Sales and Marketing Director will be responsible for driving occupancy and revenue growth for our assisted living. This role requires a combination of senior living marketing and sales expertise, along with the ability to build strong relationships with healthcare professionals and community partners.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to meet or exceed occupancy goals for assisted living.
- Build and maintain relationships with referral sources, including hospitals, rehabs, physicians, social workers, and other healthcare professionals.
- Conduct outreach activities, including in-person visits, presentations, and networking events, to generate leads and promote our services.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including operations, marketing, and finance, to ensure seamless transition and exceptional customer service for new residents.
- Track sales activities, maintain accurate records, and prepare regular reports to monitor progress towards sales targets.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
