Duties & Responsibilities
- Utilizes OneWater sales tools, including CRM, for daily follow up and prospecting for new customers, as well as communication on a regular basis with existing sold customers
- Professionally presents products to customers and prospects, including reviewing the features and benefits of the various boats, preparing quotes, completing trade evaluations and presenting pricing consistent with achieving margin and customer satisfaction goals
- Partners with Business Manager for presentation of finance products, preparation of closing documents and setting up deliveries
- Actively participates in boat shows, store and off-site sales and customer events
- Effectively follows successful sales processes, including timely completion of paperwork, to ensure the customer has an excellent buying experience
Qualifications & Expectations
- Has a continuous learning mindset, develops and maintains a high-level of product, market and industry knowledge, and obtains OneWater Sales Certifications in brands that they specialize in
- Builds and maintains positive customer relationships to strengthen customer loyalty, increase referrals and enhance dealer reputation
- Promotes teamwork, supports and works with other team members, departments and locations to ensure the customer has a seamless experience through the sale, financing, delivery and subsequent servicing of the boat
- Customer satisfaction, both internal and external
- Achieves or exceeds sales unit and revenue goals
- Effective utilization of sales tools, including OneWater Sales Processes and CRM
- Achievement of required OneWater Sales Certifications
- Self-disciplined, motivated and organized, Sales Experience
- Lift 10 lbs infrequently
- Seated, Stooping, Climbing
