A Brief Overview
The Chief Sales Officer will lead Rocky Mountain Sauna’s sales department to meet revenue and sales growth goals. The primary objective is to close deals, which will include everything from handling inbound and outbound sales to assisting in marketing ideas to customer relationship management.
What You Will Do
As Chief Sales Officer at Rocky Mountain Saunas, you will undertake a range of responsibilities aimed at driving the growth and success of our sales operations:
· Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Craft comprehensive sales strategies that target both personal and commercial markets, ensuring alignment with our company’s goals.
· Achieve Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets by managing and forecasting sales metrics, identifying areas for growth, and implementing effective sales tactics.
· Lead Generation and Customer Acquisition: Identify and cultivate new leads, nurturing them through the sales process to close deals effectively.
· Collaborate with Other Departments: Work closely with Marketing, Management, and Customer Service teams to ensure a unified approach to market penetration and customer satisfaction.
· Market Analysis: Continuously analyze market trends and competitor strategies to adapt and innovate our sales approaches accordingly.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager
- Tenacity for seeking out and finding B2B sales opportunities
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Excellent at delivering personalized customer service
- Ability to work independently and with others
- Capable of multi-tasking and working well under pressure
- Can effectively work remotely and complete sales as they are presented
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Strong Organizational Skills and ability to work independently
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with both clients as well as coworkers and management
- Active Listening Skills allowing the client’s needs to be understood
- Ability to successfully handle objections and clients preconceptions, with the goal of closing the sale
- Working knowledge of Office 365 and CRM systems a plus
Working Conditions and Physical Requirements
- Frequently remains stationary throughout a typical business day

- Constantly communicates with customers, coworkers, and management in-person and on the phone
- Must be able to exchange accurate information
Salary Range
Straight commission with potential for a monthly minimum guarantee

Pay: $60,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
