Command Logistics LLC is seeking highly skilled, experienced, and motivated E-Commerce Supervisor to oversee and manage our E-Commerce operations. The E-Commerce Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and supervising E-commerce activities, implementing strategies and ensuring an excellent online shopping experience for our customers in our busy 3PL warehouse located in North Las Vegas.

Responsibilities:

Oversee customer accounts to ensure SLAs are met and create, generate, and maintain reports (daily, weekly, monthly as required by the customer) used for internal and client communications.
This is a very fast-paced position. You must keep up with your teammates to balance the workload.
Prepare paperwork and assemble orders for shipment
Process daily orders from warehouse for disbursement
Utilize web-based shipping interface to create labels for daily shipments
Responsible for monitoring processes related to customer specific requirements and order management for our ecommerce business.
Assist the Account Manager in providing data, advice and resolving problems.
Monitor stock availability to ensure that all orders are cleared in a timely manner.
Train, mentor, and lead the E-commerce team and provide constructive feedback.
Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations in all E-commerce activities. Conduct regular safety training for the E-commerce team.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance overall warehouse efficiency.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in a leadership role within warehouse environment.
Strong knowledge of receiving processes, inventory management, and quality control.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and other relevant software.
Understanding of safety regulations and procedures.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
At least 3 years Ecommerce experience preferred.

Physical Requirement:Sitting and or standing for long periods of time, and may occasionally need to lift, push, pull up to 50lbs. Must be able to read, speak, listen, and comprehend conversations both verbally and written. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.22 per hour
