The company is bringing automation, robotics and other solutions to the hospitality industry by improving their bottom line and get the help needed while struggling with labor shortages and rising costs. The company’s flagship products include food delivery robots, that also haul dirty dishes and clean floors, are currently deployed in thousands of restaurants nationwide. Serving multi-location brands and mom-and-pop stores, RobotLAB's customer profile is diverse and dynamic!

JOB SUMMARY
RobotLAB is looking for a dynamic, energetic and high performing Sales Manager for the B2B Channel. Reporting to the VP of Sales, the Sales Manager will be responsible for the development of sales opportunities, and the implementation of strategic and tactical initiatives to drive revenue.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
  • “Own” your opportunities (from first interaction, through negotiations and over to closing) and exceed annual sales targets within assigned territory and/or accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives.
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations.
  • Understand landscapes and trends.
  • Assist with industry-related events such as trade shows, demos, exhibits, etc.
  • Develop and maintain an active account list inclusive of target accounts, prospects, and active customers.
  • Research new opportunities built on understanding of competitive landscape.
  • Attend and participate in weekly internal sales and operations meetings.
  • Create quotes, opportunities on our CRM system (Salesforce)
  • Work with the Marketing Team on engaging content and drip campaigns to drive new and repeat business.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years of sales experience TO THE B2B INDUSTRY is a must
  • Tech Savvy
  • Self-starter, creative thinker, problem solver
  • Ability to thrive in opportunistic and entrepreneurial environment
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required
  • Proficient in MS Office, specifically PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
  • Must live within in 20 mile radius of office in Southlake, TX to be considered

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $68,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Experience:

  • Management: 3 years (Preferred)
  • Sales to B2B: 3 years (Required)
