Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth through account management, business development, and exceptional customer service.
- Bi Lingual is a plus
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to accommodate customer schedules and dealership operations
- 1-2 years’ experience in sales, preferably in the marine industry
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, demonstrating excellent communication skills
- CRM Utilization: Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to manage leads, contacts, and sales opportunities efficiently.
- Team Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with other sales team members, service technicians, and dealership management to provide seamless customer experiences.
- Ethical Conduct: Uphold high standards of integrity and professionalism in all interactions with customers & colleagues. Adhere to dealership policies.
- Product Presentation: Proficiency in conducting product demonstrations to showcase boat features and benefits effectively.
Duties:
- Develop and implement sales plans to achieve company goals
- Identify new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication
- Utilize market research to identify trends and opportunities
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales materials
- Provide technical sales support to customers as needed
- Meet or exceed sales targets on a consistent basis
Experience:
- Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development
- Strong background in technical sales or outside sales preferred
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building lasting relationships
- Familiarity with technology sales is a plus
