As an Account Manager, you will play a key role in managing key accounts, developing lasting partnerships, and driving new business opportunities. With a steady flow of leads and a stellar reputation, Borst provides you with the platform to grow professionally while contributing to our clients’ outdoor aspirations. Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, serving as a primary point of contact.
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profitability and achieve business goals.
- Identify potential clients within target markets, conducting research to understand their business needs and pain points.
- Collaborate with the sales team to approach and engage prospective clients effectively.
- Utilize Salesforce to track customer interactions, manage sales opportunities, and monitor account activity.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales and account management, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to guide and motivate a team toward achieving sales goals.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate and understand complex sales processes.
- Familiarity with technology or technical sales is a plus.
- Proficient in warm calling techniques to generate new leads and business opportunities.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with clients and collaborate with internal teams.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess market trends and customer needs to drive business growth.
