Job Description

A top-rated and top-performing dealership in Hillsboro Oregon is hiring a Sales Manager to join our team. Our dealership has big things in store, and you won’t want to miss out! Working as our Sales Manager, you would be responsible for running and operating a profitable sales department including hiring, training, and developing our sales representatives. The ideal candidate would have prior automotive sales management experience with a proven track record.

Sales Manager Qualifications

  • Professional demeanor, integrity, and daily commitment to excellence.
  • 2-3 years of prior automotive Sales Management experience.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Driver’s License.

Sales Manager Job Responsibilities

  • Maximize sales opportunities from all sources.
  • Train and mentor those in the Sales Department.
  • Ensure Sales Department goals are reached, and store processes are followed.
  • Proper desking of sales transactions.
  • Always provide world-class customer service to clients.

This is a commission-based position.
